Dr. Mac is GREAT! I feel so lucky to have had her do both my surgeries. However, setting up the details of surgery with office personnel in charge of booking surgery was a nightmare. Could never reach her, Liz. She would not return my calls. Much unnecessary stress was added many times over, at a time when extra stress was detrimental. Everyone else in the office was great!
